To start looking for the goal you need to set to begin to chart a new course, you have to evaluate yourself. You need to find what part of your life you want to change or improve. What is it you want to improve about yourself? I ask this to people all the time, and I don't answer the question myself in the article or in the class. So, I decided that this time I will actually do what I ask readers and my classes to do! So, what is the new course I want to change or improve in my life? I want to get back into the habit of reading. I have to make myself read for some reason. I have several books that I have accumulated, both physically and on my Kindle. So, I am setting that as my goal. I will mark off each day that I read for 21 days; and then I will continue after that 21 days to solidify the new habit. What goal are you going to set? Just a small one, let's do this together and we will check back in with each other once a week. So we can work on it together, here is a sheet to log your days you have worked toward your goal!
